How much does it cost to rent the TRES event space?
The room reservation fee is $450 & the food & beverage minimum fee is $150 (before tax & gratuity).

We offer a variety of drink service options depending on your style of event:

What dining options are available in the TRES event space?
We offer a variety of options, from appetizers & light fare, to elaborate brunches! In the past we have done: dessert tastings, brunches, high tea parties, pizza parties, chili & soup bars, buffet style food, corporate breakfasts & lunches, and cocktail hour nibbles. Our expert event coordinator will help personalize the menu for your event!
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We offer a full vegetarian menu, as well as gluten-free, nut-free & vegan options.
What is the capacity for the TRES event space?
Our event space has a maximum capacity of 54 seated & 85 standing. For seated dinners we recommend parties of around 12-30. For more social gatherings & less formal events we recommend groups of about 20-50.
