We created the Turtle Cake in 1985 and are famous for this moist, rich three-layer wonder. The cake layers are dark chocolate frosted with rich fudge and caramel and generous amounts of giant pecans. One layer and smaller size turtle cakes can be special ordered with two days notice.

We bake more than thirty varieties of cheesecake. Pictured is our classic Vanilla, finished with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Serves 12 to 20. Smaller (6-inch) cheesecakes may be ordered with two days notice.


The Italian Fruit Tart is finished with three seasonal fruits and serves 10-14. We bake over forty varieties of tarts, so call ahead to see which tarts are available.


Three layers of rich sponge cake layered with whipped cream and butter cream. Raspberry and Lemon tortes are baked daily for walk-ins, but be sure to call two days ahead for a special torte request.


We bake a variety of one, two and three layer Fruit & Nut cakes. Call the retail bakery to check availability.


Cupcakes
are a new addition to our dessert menu. Moist sponge cake or rich dark chocolate cake finished with buttercream or fudge frosting.


Freshly-dipped giant strawberries are a wonderful seasonal treat.


Three layers of dark chocolate cake finished with rich creamy fudge. Quite possibly the best chocolate cake you’ve ever tasted.


Tres Leches
or "Three Milks" – sweetened condensed, cream and whole milk poured over rich sponge cake and finished with whipped cream and fresh fruit – incredible!


We bake a variety of super dense chocolate flourless cakes.
