We start baking at 3am every day to have fresh warm bread and scones ready by 9am. We plan on running out by late afternoon, so call ahead and we’ll set aside your favorites.
Our whole wheat, sourdough, ten-grain and rye breads are 100% organic and are made without fat, eggs or dairy. Look for the heart symbol on the monthly bread calendar.
